The daily consumption of yoghurt is considered one of the secrets of longevity. Ricas yoghurt is produced according to a traditional Bulgarian recipe and contains the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptocuccus thermophilus which contribute for the pleasant milk-sour taste.
